Alh. Adebayo O. Adelodun, SAN was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1983. He was appointed a Notary Public by the Chief Justice of Nigeria in the year 1995. He has had extensive legal practice in virtually all the spheres of the legal profession. An active member of The Bar, he was between 1995 and 1997 the Chairman of the Ilorin branch of the Nigerian Bar Association. In the year 2006, he was conferred with the prestigious rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria by the Legal Practitioners’ Priveleges Committee. He is a member of the International Bar Association and a member of the National Executive Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association. He is the founder and Principal Counsel of Adebayo Adelodun & Co. Alh. Adelodun is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Nigeria; a fellow of the International Dispute Resolution Institute; and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
Ibrahim Murtala Adedo, Esq was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2011. He is a partner and presently the Head of Chambers of the Firm at our Head Office in Ilorin where he is exposed to core litigation and other areas of legal practice. He is an accredited solicitor with the Corporate Affairs Commission and has extensive experience in arbitration and general practice, including labour and revenue matters as well as Regulatory Compliance. Prof O. Y. Abdul-Hamid was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992 and has remained in active legal practice till date. Over the years he has garnered experience in specialized aspects of legal practice including property management, consultancy, corporate and commercial practice, election petitions, company winding up, etc. He is an active member of The Bar who has served in various committees including NBA National Education Committee 2022-2024 as well as at the branch level. Prof. O. Y. Abdul-Hamid, Esq., is a Professor of Law and a specialist in Corporate Governance, Law and practice. He lectures at a leading University in Nigeria.
